With Mitsubishi low-speed wire cutters, precision high-speed wire cutters, millers, grinders and other
advanced machinery in our own molding workshop, we produce all kinds of accurate metal progressive dies.
Our stamping dies are made of alloy steel, tungsten steel and other super-rigid steel for both high stability
in stamping process and long lifespans.
Over 40 high-tonnage punching machines for stamping:
We currently operate four automated Taiwan-made punching lines and more than 40 sets of 25T to 160T punching
machines. The raw materials we use in our production of progressive dies are cold-rolled steel, stainless
steel, phosphor copper, brass, red copper and beryllium copper, with a maximum thickness of 4.0mm and a
minimum thickness of 0.05mm.
Top-grade measuring systems for inspection:
We utilize advanced QC devices such as 3D coordinate measuring systems, 2.5D image measuring systems,
precision projectors, Rockers & Vickers hardness testers, plating thickness testers, salt spray testers
and other high-class inspection equipment. All of our manufacturing processes are carried out according
to strict compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
